Cancellation Policy

After ordering the guest accommodations at the Hotel Stein, sports, fitness and fun, our guest is entitled to cancel a confirmed reservation under following conditions:

13-7 days before date of arrival . . . . . . 30% off accommodation
6-3 days before the date of onset . . . . . . 40% off accommodation
2-1 days before date of arrival . . . . . . 60% off accommodation
the day of arrival or in event of no-show 100% of the accommodation

Cancellations must be ordered in the Hotel Stein, sports, fitness and fun in writing. The date of cancellation shall be the date of service of a cancelled stay in Hotel Stein sport, fitness and fun.
The presence of a dog, cat or other pet / only a small breed / exclusively only upon approval of the Hotel Stein sport, fitness and fun -1 night fee 50, - CZK.
Children under 8 years old without bed and board may attend free of charge.
Kid bed is available for young children - free of charge - to be ordered in advance.
Choiceof  a full or half board. Daily choice of three kinds of meals. Available to order upon arrival in the Hotel Stein.
Other hotel services and their charges / client pays on the spot / in CZK, € incl. VAT.

Local charge to city council is not included in the price and is 10 CZK / 1 person / 1 day
